Costs in Germany
The amount of remuneration and the method of settlement are agreed at the beginning of cooperation, taking into account the expectations of our clients and the nature of the case. We provide a clear diagram of lawyers' costs in each case we handle.
We use various methods of settlements in various customer situations. The settlement of a single legal advice is different, it is different for the permanent legal service of the company, and another is for the conduct of a German court trial.
We work with insurance companies offering legal protection insurance, and then the costs of legal services are covered by the client's insurance company.

Costs of court proceedings in civil cases
We support trials before German civil courts according to the German statutory minimum rates of the RVG.
- In procedural proceedings, we use the minimum fees that are allowed in Germany.
- We settle the travel costs more favorably for the client: from Düsseldorf or Berlin.
- In procedural disputes with a dispute value of over EUR 100,000, the case is handled by two German attorneys. One attorney is in charge and participates in court sessions in person, the other attorney of our law firm is informed on an ongoing basis about the course of the case and at key moments of the proceedings, lawyers consult the most important decisions.
- At the client's request, the attorney's fee is payable in installments.
- Communication with the client, discussing letters, evidence and procedural decisions can be conducted in Polish, German or English, freely chosen.
- The remuneration is fully agreed in advance, there will be no additional remuneration. These are sometimes prohibited by German law, but used by some lawyers to pay advocate's bonuses or share in the success of the case.
- In the event of successful enforcement, we will reimburse you in full for the attorney's fees.
